Each examination is a multiple-choice test with the options A, B, C, or D. There is no writing. The Law test consists of 115 questions. The Trade exams range between 100 and 120 questions. The test is timed. The state allows 3.5 hours for each exam and you are given the results immediately after taking each test. When you finish your first test (usually Law), you can start on the second exam right away, you don’t have to wait until the 3.5 hours has elapsed.
