With the exception of Fresno, Norwalk, Berkeley and San Jose, this is also where you will take your 2-day class. Sacramento students attend class in Sacramento. Norwalk students attend class in Los Angeles. Fresno students can attend at any of our locations. Oxnard students attend class in Ventura and Bay Area students attend class in Oakland. Students testing in San Diego will attend class in San Diego and students testing in San Bernardino will attend class in San Bernardino.

The exams are given every weekday. It normally takes the State about 5 to 6 weeks from the time you apply to schedule an exam but you can test as quickly as two weeks if you wish.

Each examination is a multiple-choice test with the options A, B, C, or D. There is no writing. The Law test consists of 115 questions. The Trade exams range between 100 and 120 questions. The test is timed. The state allows 3.5 hours for each exam and you are given the results immediately after taking each test. When you finish your first test (usually Law), you can start on the second exam right away, you don’t have to wait until the 3.5 hours has elapsed.
